We’ve applied the same ‘best of breed’ thinking behind our investment strategy to our service. The legacy systems we’ve inherited with some of the companies in the Group simply aren’t good enough. So we’ve carefully selected some of the best in the business to help sort them out
Diligenta is part of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), one of the world’s leading IT companies working for household names across the globe. It was set up in 2005, specifically to focus TCS’s expertise on financial services in the UK. In fact, its 1,000 plus employees are in Peterborough, the home of Pearl Group – and it’s regulated by the Financial Services Authority
Capita specialises in improving service for over 33m people a year and 9% of its business is from its dedicated ‘life and pensions’ arm. It looks after the service for most of the policyholders of the Resolution companies we have acquired
We don’t believe it will be an instant fix for everything – for example we reckon 5 years to integrate the 11 systems of just 4 of our life offices. But we hope you’ll soon notice at least some of the improvements we’re rolling out
