Tom was Global Chief Executive of ABN AMRO Asset Management (which managed some €160 billion, with offices in 30 countries around the world) from 2000 to 2003, as well as Chairman of ABN AMRO Asset Management in the United Kingdom from 1997 to 2003. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive Officer of Lazard Brothers Asset Management in London, where he spent a total of 21 years.
